A Cheshire Village Hall Transformed

A Cheshire Village Hall Transformed

The Bride & Groom were married at the village church in the very pretty Cheshire village of Eccleston, and they then chose the village hall directly opposite to host their wedding reception.

The biggest challenge was turning a room that was used as a playgroup and other multi functions into a space that was suitable to host a wedding.

The building has a lovely high ceiling so we used this to hang some pretty heart decorations using a (very very tall) ladder!  The Bride wanted to soften the look of the white poles which were part of the roof structure so we did this by swagging some red organza material around them.

The room had 10 small windows all with functional heavy curtains which were removed and then decorated in the same red organza fabric as the ceiling, and some smaller hanging heart decorations.

The biggest transformation, as usual, was the chair covers on the hired in banqueting chairs.
